Service Description
Our approach to unpacking and organising your new home means you'll be fully settled within days, not months, saving countless hours of frustration and allowing you to immediately enjoy your new home. The Mx. Neat and Tidy team will organise your possessions in ways that work for you and your family, ensuring that regularly used items are easy to access, that items are labelled appropriately to facilitate return of items to th right place and retrieving them again. The team will advise on storage solution options and will bring some along which may work for the space. After the session, we provide support via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit? If you decide to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking and your booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you cancel your session with less than two (2) working days' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to charge you for the agreed services. What happens if we/you have to cancel / postpone? If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than two (2) working days' notice and you do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be returned, less a 10% administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your deposit in full.
