Service Description
Want to do it yourself? Over the course of an hour, we'll discuss your pain points and potential solutions, providing you with a framework to undertake your own decluttering and organising. The Mx. Neat and Tidy team will advise on storage solution options and after the session, we provide support via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than one (1) working day's notice and you do not reschedule, your payment will not be returned and you will be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your fee will be returned, less a £10 administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your payment in full.
