Service Description
Want to do it yourself? We will develop a personalised decluttering and organisation plan for your space, giving you step by step directions on how to declutter and organise one room/space in your home. This also includes six mentoring calls to help you and motivate you whilst you are decluttering and organising.
Cancellation Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit? If you decide to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking and your booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you cancel your session with less than two (2) working days' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to charge you for the agreed services. What happens if we/you have to cancel / postpone? If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than two (2) working days' notice and you do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be returned, less a 10% administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your deposit in full.
