Service Description
Want to do it yourself? We offer you up to six mentoring calls for your decluttering and organisation. During the calls we will guide you on how to approach decluttering the room and how to organise your belongings. The team will advise on storage solution options and after the session, we provide support via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit? If you decide to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking and your booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you cancel your session with less than two (2) working days' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to charge you for the agreed services. What happens if we/you have to cancel / postpone? If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than two (2) working days' notice and you do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be returned, less a 10% administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your deposit in full.
