Service Description
In this service, we will declutter and organise your attic space, turning it from dumping ground to dreamy storage. Please note this service is only suitable for attics that are boarded and where there is a fixed loft ladder. The homeowner will be responsible for removing all items from the attic for decluttering. The Mx. Neat and Tidy team will guide homeowners on decluttering, categorisation and organisation of items, providing guidance on appropriate disposal of unwanted items, taking up to five standard sized rubbish bags of quality unwanted items to the charity shop and / or advising on charity shop collections services. The team will advise on storage solution options and will bring some along which may work for the space. After the session, we provide support via WhatsApp or email. This service will help you reclaim your loft space, make it easier for you to find your stored items, and also works well to prepare you for moving home,
Cancellation Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit? If you decide to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking and your booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you cancel your session with less than two (2) working days' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to charge you for the agreed services. What happens if we/you have to cancel / postpone? If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than two (2) working days' notice and you do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be returned, less a 10% administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your deposit in full.
