Service Description
For a whole year, Mx. Neat and Tidy will visit you once a month for a half-day session to help you get back on track, to help you to keep your organisation systems in check, provide you guidance and keep you motivated. This service is only available if you have previously received Mx. Neat and Tidy's decluttering and organisation services.
Cancellation Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit? If you decide to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking and your booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you cancel your session with less than two (2) working days' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to charge you for the agreed services. What happens if we/you have to cancel / postpone? If you need to postpone, please give us as much notice as possible and we aim to reschedule your session. However, if you cancel with less than two (2) working days' notice and you do not reschedule, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable to pay the costs in full. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel the session up to two (2) days before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be returned, less a 10% administration fee.​ If Mx. Neat and Tidy needs to postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity. If a new date cannot be agreed, we will refund your deposit in full.
